Describe something you will never fully understand.

 Prompt: I will never fully understand why we need to go to school five days a week. It seems to me that we should be able to get most of the teaching and work done in a lot less time. We spend a lot of time on standardize testing, unnecessary things like assemblies, pep rallies and homeroom. I would suggest more of a true block schedule so that more learning and wasting less time for 3-4 days of the week once you get into high school. Elementary and middle going five days a week makes sense because parents have to work.

Summary: I was not in class, but I think people were presenting their origin myths.

Reflection: I reflected on my origin myth and how to organize my ideas.

Prompt Response:  My first impression of Chris McCandless was  that he was insane and very bold on burning all of his money and savings to go and live off the land in the Alaskan wilderness. He was knowledgeable about the area and how to successfully live off the land. What he didn't think of was asking someone who has lived off the land from scratch. I believe that if he had taken more into consideration then he wouldn't have died. Summary: we read into the wild Reflection:  reading about nonfiction is very interesting
