Prompt Response: one of the most life changing moments for me was going to a new school were i only knew two people coming into the first day. i was straight from knowing all of the people in my grade to going to a school were i don't know anyone. you learn to adapt though so it gets better. 

Summary:we worked on our projects.

Reflection: never take life for granted.

In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

  Prompt: I had experienced being an outsider when I transferred to a new school mid-year, where people already had their circle and routine. I felt like a stranger and as if I was intruding in a world with no room for me. That sense of isolation made it hard to connect with other individuals and encouraged me to retreat further. Eventually, though, a classmate of mine began including me in group activities and conversations, and this helped gradually to erode the wall of invisibility around me. As in The Interlopers, that change of heart from viewing others as strangers to viewing common humanity changed the emotional weather and allowed for the building of a new sense of community. Summary:I was. not present in class this day Reflection:people will exept you if you reach out to them.
