Prompt: Thinking about "The Rockpile", what is something your parents forbade you from doing when you were growing up? Explain what it was and why they might have set that rule.

Response: For a long time my parents didn't let me have my phone at night. I had to put it in the kitchen. My parents did not want me to stay up at night on my phone. They thought it would help me sleep better. But now I have my phone at night and I still go to bed at the same time.

Summary: We worked on our projects.

Reflection: Sometimes think they are taking something away to help you but it really doesn't matter. You weren't going to do it anyway.
